/api/v1/customs_declarations/{id}
Deletes a Customs Declaration by its ID.
WARNING
If a specific line number is provided, the corresponding good within the declaration is deleted. If no line number is specified, the entire declaration is deleted, provided it meets the criteria for deletion. If the declaration has an MRN (Movement Reference Number), it cannot be deleted. Responses include success or error messages based on the outcome.
